Providing data: the personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the legal provisions and confidentiality obligations provided by the GDPR.
Data source: we will only process the personal data provided by the data subject for commission contracts, subsequent data transmission, communication via telephone and email, direct contact, etc.
Purpose: the data provided by data subjects is necessary for fulfilling legal obligations and will be used only for these reason:

Legal basis for processing: the processing of personal data is based on a legitimate interest between the data subject and Filippo Avalle (contract).
How data is processed: in compliance with Art. 32 of the GDPR the data will be processed automatically and/or manually using computers. The persons specifically appointed to process the personal data shall do so in compliance with Art. 29 of the GDPR. Pursuant to Art. 5 of the GDPR, the data collected will be limited to the intended purposes and minimized, and it will be collected only with the data subject’s free and express consent.
Data storage: the personal data will be kept only for the amount of time necessary for completing the activity for which it was collected and processed.
Afterward the data will be stored but not additionally processed for the time established under civil and fiscal law.
Data disclosure and dissemination: the data collected will never be disseminated nor used for various kinds of communications without the express consent of the data subject. Communications about the transfer of data to public bodies, authorities and supervisory bodies, consultants, suppliers or other individuals or organizations requiring it for fulfilling legal obligations are an exception. Automated processing: Filippo Avalle does not use automated decision-making such as profiling (Art. 22 (1 – 4) GDPR).
Data subject rights: as provided by Art. 15 and 22 of the GDPR the data subject has the following rights:
– To ask about the existence or not of personal data in the database of the company in question;
– To request and obtain information about the purpose of the processing, the nature of the data collected, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data and its storage;
– To request and obtain personal data rectification or erasure;
– To restrict use of personal data concerning the data subject;
– To request and obtain a readable document containing the personal data stored by the company (data portability);
– To object to the processing of data;
– To object to an automated decision-making process, including profiling;
– To request access, rectification and erasure of personal data concerning the data subject or the – To withdraw his or her consent without it affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
– Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
